Jamie Catto and Duncan Bridgeman’s gorgeous musical film project “1 Giant Leap” is one of the best things that ever happened to me.

4 years in the making and a 6 month immersion in the paradise of Mallorca, it was an odyssey of mythical proportions.

Hundreds of hours of footage from every corner of the World to explore and decipher in an organic process, alongside some of the best musicians in the World.

The result: a new feature film, 3 hours of additional DVD material and a making-of tv series for Channel 4.

Jamie and Duncan managed to bring together from across the globe, hundreds of the best musicians (Michael Stipe, Alanis Morissette, K.D. Lang, Carlos Santana, Baaba Maal, Will Young…) and thinkers (Noam Chomsky, Stephen Fry, Deepak Chopra, Susan Sarandon, Eckhart Tolle, Billy Connolly…) to share with us their own experience of being human on this planet.

A once-in-a-lifetime experience, this was the biggest puzzle to play with one could ever wish for. Full of soul, beauty, inspiration and wonder.
